The first part of December 2008, Paul Clement contacted me with information regarding declining interest rates.

I had talked with Paul several months’ earlier and requested contact if rates moved toward the 5% range.

Paul indicated a refinance was indeed possible in the 5% range and he started the process immediately upon my request.

To make a long story tolerable, Paul got our paperwork going, arranged an appraisal, acquired a lender at 4.875% and closed our refinance loan prior to the end of December.

My wife and I could not be more pleased or impressed with Paul’s professionalism and attention to our needs and considerations.
